Default Team Forrest: Luke Zachrich blog on TUF Ep. 10

I've been pretty happy the last few episodes not seeing or hearing from that idiot. After Matt Brown and Amir Sadollah's quarterfinal fight, I remember Jeremy talking about how he wish he could have looked that good against Matt, but I didn't hear all the crap he was talking until watching this past episode.

I couldn't believe all the stuff he said, especially in the locker room. I mean, here's Matt Brown dealing with his loss, and you've got Jeremy over there pretty much rubbing it in his face. I would do anything to fight this kid in the future.

This episode showed a compilation of all the house trashing that night. Before Jeremy and Jesse Taylor got into it, the night started off with lots of booze. The destruction really started off with Matthew Riddle putting a strip of holes in the kitchen wall about 9 feet high. I'm not going to lie; it was really funny. The cameras were all on Riddle, and when Jeremy saw that, he flocked to him and followed him around like he was his kid brother just to get a little extra camera time.

After Riddle put the holes in the walls is when Jeremy and Jesse got into it. If you didn't pick up on what fired Jesse up, Jeremy called him a "Jewish bitch." I guess Jesse's grandmother is full or part Jewish or something along the lines, so he took offence to it. I'm not really sure if the racial comment would have upset Jesse so much if it would have been anyone else in the house, but at this point, everyone hated Jeremy so much that everyone was looking for a reason to go off on the kid.

I don't know if anyone else noticed this or not, but Jeremy didn't get real tough until there were about eight guys in the middle of them holding Jesse back. You've got to love that instant burst of courage that gave him.

So, after we got those two separated is when everything started to go down. I got pretty close to getting into it with Jeremy (not the first time), and I'm not positive, but I think Mike Dolce had mixed words with him too. Again, though, I'm not positive if it was Dolce or someone else.

So the party made its way upstairs, and that's when the madness began. Before all the trashing of the house went down, there was a little more stuff with Jeremy that went down. (I promise I'll give you all the inside scoop eventually, but I'd be in deep crap if I ruined the next episode, so I'm just going to keep my mouth shut till next week.)

The episode showed everything that happened, but the reason it all went down is because there was so much tension with all the Jeremy BS. By the time that night was over, the house looked like an absolute war zone. I guess that's what happens when you've got about 12 drunk cagefighters who have been locked in a house away from the outside world for five weeks.

I know that before I made it on the show, when I would watch all the past seasons, I would always get upset seeing the trashing of the house. But I guess it's one of those things in which you don't understand how it is living there until you're actually in the house.

So, the quarterfinals are over with CB Dollaway and Tim Credeur advancing on to the semifinals with last week's winners, Jesse and Amir.

The first fight was one of mixed emotions for me. Tim was one of my buddies, but Dan was also the guy who eliminated me, so I would be lying if I said there wasn't a little part of me hoping for Cramer to pull off the W. But on the other hand, I didn't want to see Tim lose, so I tried to stay neutral on this matchup. Dan came out guns a blazing like he did against me and just overwhelmed Tim with big shots from the start. I really think Dan could have finished that fight if he wouldn't have gone for the takedown. Once the fight was on the mat, Tim was in his world. Even though Dan has pretty good jiu jitsu, he wasn't any match for Tim.

Cale Yarbrough and CB's fight was pretty one-sided. As we've all seen, CB has really good back control. Once he was on Cale's back, the fight was over. From all the talk from CB leading up to the fight, I thought he was going to stand with him a little more, but once he's in there, I think he reverts back to his wrestling. Either way it was a smart fight for CB, and now he's going into the semifinals without taking any damage in any of his first three fights.

Once again I will be reading and responding to the comments, so if you have any questions for me, please ask. I'll do my best to answer all of them.

Till next week...

Seems like everyone agrees that Jeremy May needs his ass kicked... severely.

Repeatedly.

Brutally.

From Dan Cramer...

Quote:
MMAJUNKIE.COM: It’s become almost a tradition this season to discuss with exiting fighters their disdain for Jeremy May. What was your impression of Jeremy?

DAN CRAMER: It’s tough to say good things about Jeremy May. I’m not going to sit here and bash him or anything like that. But man, he just did some ignorant things. And it was nonstop from day one we got there to the last day we left. He got under everyone’s skin.

I don’t know what’s really wrong with the kid to be honest. You saw what happened in last night’s episode. I gave that kid so many chances in my own head. ‘He’s misunderstood. He’s got social problems. He was home-schooled. He had a rough childhood.’ Whatever excuse you could throw. The bottom line is there’s no excuse for doing stuff like that on national TV. It’s tough to like the kid. I haven’t seen or talked to him and since the show, and I don’t think I really will.

Jeremy May is a witless bag of shit that has no skills to survive in MMA. He's a little rat that needs his neck snapped. It's merely a matter of time before that happens, IMO.

A-friggen-men.

I don't know how he stayed in that house that long... with those guys... without getting killed.
