Nog is a MUCH better coach than Mir is. It's awesome to see how Nog shows up the night before the fight to give his fighter a prep talk and then give him some more the next day on the drive in.

Not sure if Mir is like that, I don't remember ever seeing him do that on the show.

You can just tell Nog trains from the heart, where Mir is more technical.

Saying Mir isn't arrogant at all is a joke. He has been arrogant his whole career in the UFC and now I see he is a punk outside the ring. Carries himself like an arrogant prick.
