I cannot believe people are critiquing a guy who totally dominated and got the stop in the 2nd round...and it was TUF.

How many boring fights have there been on TUF? I would say the majority.
Yet for some reason Dana and some of you here think Roy didn't perform well?

Come on folks he dominated that fight, what is the motivation for Dana and many you to critique Roy Nelson? I would say your crying over spilled milk, Kimbo is not what you thought he would be, after training MMA for 2 years.

Kimbo did nothing but lay there and hope to get stood up.He seemed to forget he even had any hips.That being said,not sure how many people would be successful getting that belly off of their face.

I am a bit aggravated at Dana for the "My daughter hits harder" or whatever.He dogged on Kimbo before he came to the house,but he sure doesn't mind making money off of him,which I guess,duh,right?

Me,if I talk shit about you,we aren't gonna be friends because you are marketable.Period.There is a thing called pride,and Dana should be too proud to market and kiss the ass of a guy who clearly needs a lot of work before he steps in the octagon again.Or at least before being put on any card,free or not.

I didn't think Roy looked IMPRESSIVE,but he clearly dominated.And what more should we expect?They are in that house to learn and improve,not be awesome fighters right out the door.

Hey, all praises due to Roy for executing his game plan to perfection. I just think a TKO should mean that the opponent is actually hurt. Kimbo wasn't fazed in the least except for being very uncomfortable.

I thought Roy Nelson came off as a complete douche. So did Dana even though I agreed with him. If Roy Nelson wanted to end the fight in the first round he should have been throwing power shots. Stand'em Dean wasn't going to stop the fight that close to the bell for some love taps. Even though he technically should have stopped it then.

Nothing pisses me off more than people not finishing fights. I'd rather watch Clay Guida lay on top of someone for 15 minutes than that sorry fight last night, and I hate watching Clay Guida fight.

Personally, I don't think Kimbo is big enough to fight at HW. He was 234 at the weigh ins. He should probably cut to LHW, but, then his chances diminish even more.

I'm almost certain Kimbo will be subbed in for an injured fighter before the season is over and wouldn't be surprised if the finale is Nelson v. Slice. I'm not sure that there is really any competition for those two with the possible exception of Wes Simms.

I just hope someone CRUSHES Nelson and his bullshit ego.

A TKO also occurs when one fighter fails to defend himself in any way. He laid there broken and Roy was snuffing him out.

What about the fact that Kimbo was laying there, doing absolutely nothing? Why are you critiquing Roys punch impact when at least he was doing SOMETHING?

lol what? So basically what you're saying is people are just upset because Kimbo lost and are making excuses over it? Because A: I could care less about Kimbo's progression in TUF and B: It sounds like you're crying because people have a negative opinion over Nelson's performance.

I do dislike Nelson but if he would have went in there and performed to what his ego told me he would do, I would have been impressed but I dunno... Something about holding a guy down and love tapping him then yelling at the ref to stop the fight in the first round seems less than impressive considering Roy's prior competition.

It's not the fact that he beat Kimbo and people are upset it's given the experience/hype behind Nelson you would think he would have a better showing. Though a win is a win.

I am indifferent to Roy Nelson, could care less really. This love taps shit is stupid, he controlled the fight, why are you critiquing him? Because you don't like him? So you are biased.

Earlier in the episode Nelson was talking with the guys at the house about how he could just pat someone on the face, which in essence is what he did. Score the win and advance? Sure. But Kimbo didn't even look like he'd been in a fight. Would it have killed Roy to throw something with a little mustard on it? An elbow, maybe?
I'm not surprised that Kimbo lost, but I would have been heated if I'd paid to watch that shit. When Roy gets someone in a crucifix, they should call it a naked belly choke.
