I put the "(Spoiler)" in the title, because I'm going to mention one of the fighters who fought in the 2nd episode, but I'm not going to discuss who won the fight. Trying to cover all bases, just in case. But...


I was watching the fight, and noticed the knee pads marcus brimage was wearing. Are those things actually legal?? I mean, they aren't just wraps, they were clearly padded. They are the padded knee guards that professional wrestlers wear. It seems to me like those shouldn't be allowed, and would be against the rules. Anyone have any info on that?

Hmm, I don't even know why I didn't think twice about the knee pads, I guess I was just more focused on the actual fight. Off the bat, I just thought they were regular knee sleeves, but now that I can remember, I actually do remember seeing them padded.

I have no clue as to the knee pads and if they or aren't against the rules tho....

I wish Bisping had noticed the effect those punches were having in the first round, if he would of really went to town on those,it could of been a whole different fight. Also screaming two on one over and over,did nothing but keep him in that position,he needed to try turning,and ending up in full guard. That body triangle was weak at best,foot was barely in the pit.

Mayhem was right,styles make fights,and he just picked the right guys. Im excited to see how this season goes,should be interesting.

Lol Brimage is hilarious. When he started talking about dbz i was like fuck yea. I wanted the other guy to win simply because he's on millers team but Brimage seems like a funny dude.

Yea, the fart sounds REALLY FAKE, but I am pretty sure he did fart in real life, the post production put in a fake fart, to maybe replace the original fart that didn't sound as loud. but then again why would they put such a horrible fake sounding fart? Now I think it was the legitimate fart...or maybe that is what the post production crew wanted me to think, damn them! lol

I don't remember any padded leg wraps.

Last time I heard a leg wrap controversy was the last time George Sotiropoulos fought.

George is later interviewed by Helwani and says that even shorts add friction, it is up to the commission.

They force fighters to wrap any open cuts or abrasions, maybe his knees were cut up under those wraps.
