Bet On Sherk's Appeal

By request here are the odds of Sherks Appeal since this seems to be a polarizing issue.

CEVANS 07-20-2007 11:17 AM

he loses no doubt

C'mon....these tests RARELY are mistaken. And just look at the guy...is there ANY doubt?

This thread is almost morbid, by the way.

That same thought crossed my mind when I requested putting this in the betting section...I figured we have pretty much talked the issue to death untill the results of the appeal are known, so put some vbookie money behind your convictions and lets see how it turns out.

Most of the Vbookie threads are about fight results so having one like this that is a little different isn't too bad now and again.

Those would definately be morbid bet threads that I would want no part of.

I put 100 on him winning the appeal just becuase I want him to

adonis 07-20-2007 01:54 PM

The UFC will save him. He's their champion, and his win will stand. Would they really stripe his title and risk starting over again with the LW division.

He was only 2x the nromal amount for a hard working athlete. Assuming he was allready nat. high, his training could have increased his BL's of nandrolone over the top.

Has he released a statement yet? Or has the UFC?

I dont even think that California will reverse the decision to a NC.... especially becuase his opponent tested positive as well

but I dont see him keeping his title

Yeah they would strip him. They'd be a joke if they didn't. The story is everywhere, and unless Sherk wins his appeal, how can they not strip him?

Could have, would have.....the guy cheated. And to quote the best anti-steroids comment of all time.

"Anybody who uses steroids is a fuckin' pussy" -Bas

They don't have to re start the division, they'll just make it BJ against a worthy challenger, or if BJ goes up to WW they'll probably await the winners of the August and September bouts and make a title match based on that.
