John Alessio Injured, Off HCF Fight Card On February 1st

The following is an excerpt from an article on TheFightNetwork.com:

Hardcore Championship Fighting CEO Keith Crawford revealed Wednesday that British Columbia native John Alessio was forced to pull out of his welterweight bout with Derrick Noble at HCF “Destiny” on Friday, Feb. 1 at The Stampede Corral in Calgary, Alberta. Alessio suffered a knee injury last month and will not be healed in time for the fight, according to Crawford.

“John injured his knee at the end of December and was hoping it’d heal properly, but it hasn’t healed enough to be ready to train,” Crawford said. “We’re obviously quickly looking for an opponent for Derrick because we really want to have him on this card.”
