Jose Aldo Now Betting Underdog Against Conor McGregor, Mendes Favored Over McGregor

If you’re a betting man, there’s plenty of action for you — depending on your preferences — coming up at UFC 189.

While UFC Featherweight Champion Jose Aldo opened as a betting favorite against the Irishman, Aldo’s rib injury has changed everything.

Many of the popular sports books are now going with Conor McGregor as a slight favorite over Aldo, who is now at +125 for the big July 11 showdown.

Interestingly enough, however, is the fact that Chad Mendes, who is on standby in case Aldo cannot fight due to his rib injury, is actually a betting favorite over McGregor.

If you’re feeling frisky, you can put your money where your mouth is by betting on UFC 189 by clicking here.

UFC 189: Aldo vs. McGregor is scheduled for Saturday, July 11, 2015 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
