Keith Kizer Says Nick Diaz Could Have Applied For Exemption

According to NSAC Executive Director Keith Kizer, Nick Diaz could have avoided a suspension had he been upfront with the commission right from the start.

Kizer spoke to CagePotato.com and discussed how Diaz could have been cleared had he spoken to the commission in the weeks leading up to his fight with Carlos Condit and applied for a therapeutic exemption.

Diaz has an exemption in the state of California but the fight took place in Nevada, which doesn't recognize the California exemption.
