King Mo All Business Heading Into Bout With “Rampage”

5

“King Mo” Lawal faces Quinton “Rampage” Jackson this weekend in the main event of the first Bellator Pay-Per-View and during a media scrum this week he talked about how smack talk prior to a fight means nothing when it all comes down to it.

“What motivates me is money and winning,” Lawal said. “The history, that stuff is old, you know what I’m saying? Three years ago. What motivates me is winning and getting that cash, that paycheck.”

He added, “All that gossiping and bumping gums don’t mean nothing. The only thing that matters is me taking care of business in that cage and getting my check. That’s it.”

The fight takes place Saturday May 17th from The Landers Center in Memphis, TN. The prelims can be watched on Spike TV beginning at 8PM EST while the main card gets under way at 10pm EST only on pay-per-view.

We’ll have live results as the card happens. Check back tomorrow evening.
