M1 Challenge To Kick Off Second Season At Playboy Mansion

The second season of the international series of competition called M-1 Challenge is set to start on February, 21-st. M-1 Global president Vadim Finkelstein signed a contract which brings the first event of 2009 to the world famous Playboy Mansion in the USA

Located in Los Angeles this mansion is not only renowned for being the home of popular 'Playboy' magaine but also it's one of the most splendid places of California which every once in a while serves as a stage for diverse major shows be it celebrity parties of Limp Bizkit, shooting videoclips of stars among which Nickelback, Nelly and Justin Timberlake, boxing matches with Vassiliy Jirov and David Haye.

Since recently MMA came there, too. Strikeforce was the first organization to hold its events at the mansion.

M-1 Challenge is about to arrive there as well, come February, 21-st. Due to the huge success of the first season the number of participating teams doubled which, in its turn, led straight to three pairs of teams competing against each other.

At the stage of finalizing at the moment Russian Imperial Team will take on Team Spain, Team Japan will lock horns with a debutant of M-1 Challenge in Team UK, and the hosting Team USA is going to face off with another novice in Team Brazil.
