Micklewright vs.. Poirier On Deck For WEC 52

Zack Micklewright and Dustin Poirier are both looking to rebound from the first losses of their careers. Both men hold seven professional victories, and both men suffered their first career defeats at WEC 50. Micklewright was knocked unconscious by Bart Palaszewski, while Poirier lost a unanimous decision to dangerous Team Alpha Male product Danny Castillo.

Reports indicate that the Micklewright/Poirier has been verbally agreed on, and that Micklewright has already signed the dotted line.

The lightweight tilt (which could prove pivotal for either man, as neither sports a winning record under the WEC banner at this point) is targeted for November
