Monson vs. Aleksander Emelianenko At BodogFIGHT 2?

0

It is being rumored that the originally scheduled opponent for Fedor Emelianenko for the second live BodogFIGHT event – Jeff Monson – will still be fighting on the show, and against Emelianenko, but this Emelianenko is Fedor's brother Aleksander.

Monson was reportedly telling fans and reporters at the UFC Fight Night show last night in Hollywood, Florida – that his fight with Fedor fell through, but he'd be fighting his brother Aleksander in April.

If true, that would be the same card where Fedor Emelianenko still headlines, but against top Middleweight (185 lber) and former Olympic silver medalist in Greco-Roman wrestling – Matt Lindland.

More on this story as details come in.
