News just broke a few hours ago that Ricardo Mayorga would be out of his scheduled main event fight with Din Thomas following an imposed injunction by Don King earlier today, the show has been completely axed.

Karyn Bryant just tweeted:

"[North Carolina] commission cancels Shine Fights."

Shine has yet to issue an official announcement.
