Alistair Overeem Declines Bout With Fedor, Fighting K-1 Instead
Posted on Aug 26, 2010
It looks like fans that might have been expecting to see Fedor Emelianenko challenge Alistair Overeem for the Strikeforce Heavyweight title following a tweet from the Fedor camp stating they wanted Overeem in December won't be seeing the bout or Overeem in the USA for the rest of the year for that matter as the "Demolition Man" will be fighting in K-1 too close out the year:

"I've stated many times that Strikeforce was my number one priority, but after Fedor lost to Werdum, I had no intention of fighting somebody other than Werdum. I came to the States to challenge the winner of the fight and that was Werdum, so no need to fight somebody else. Furthermore, I like K-1 very much and there are not many opportunities to stay fighting in K-1, so I want to fight if I still can. One of my goals is to be K-1 champion and this is my chance."

Suprise?!
Your an idiot. Fedor lost. Get over it. I am a Fedor fan, but he should not be next-in-line for a title shot and I do not blame Overeem for not fighting him. Fedor getting a title shot after losing for the first legitimate time is almost as bad as Lesnar getting a title shot after going 1-1 in the UFC...

surprise!!!
What do you know, Overroid runs for Japan. He is a pussy, he is AFRAID!!! Prove me wrong, fight Fedor. Werdum is out for awhile, if you want to fight him, consider this the chance to fight for it and just do it. He won't because he is afraid and Werdum lucked his way into an easy excuse. Just Lame!!! Strikefarce proving it some more.
