Episode three gets underway as the next fight is picked by Georges St. Pierre who maintains control. Team GSP top pick Michael Johnson will clash with the Brit Aaron Wilkinson.

“He wants to be the guy to knock out the number one pick, but it’s not gonna happen,” Johnson assures viewers.

A tough workout from Koscheck ensues as he scolds his team for training half-heartedly. The pep talk is quite effective as Koscheck has the team grapple for the next half hour, in which his guys pick up the pace significantly.

Cut to a GSP training session in which standout Canadian wrestler Gia Sissaouri manhandles the lightweights with ease. Sissaouri’s hands on appearance is fun to watch, though it doesn’t look like it’d be too fun participating in the session.

Later, Koscheck pulls the prank card, maneuvering two vehicles along each side of GSP’s modest automobile, making the Canadian’s departure a little challenging. GSP informs us he’s been on the receiving end of the bully for years, and it’s not about to effect his state of mind.

Before the bout begins Georges St. Pierre asks Dana White, who knows Mike Tyson personally if the former boxing champ might come in and help get his guys pumped. Tyson agrees, telling camera’s “I’m just really happy to be involved in this.”

The mood is light in the Team GSP locker room as Johnson warms up and GSP talks Nintendo’s “Mike Tyson’s Punchout” with Tyson. Meanwhile Team Koscheck’s dressing room looks a little more focused as Wilkinson preps to make his way to the cage.
