As the season winds down we finally get a lengthy look at more in-house antics. Team Kos representative Nam Phan has left himself completely alienated, and very few in the house care for the guy. He’s apparently got a nasty habit of talking behind the other guys’ backs.

But for all the nastiness, there’s an awesome Koscheck imitation unfolding by Team Kos castmate Marc Stevens. Stevens makes for a fine Koscheck, and even Kos gets a slight kick out of it; he’s stopped by the house randomly to see the guys, and catches wind of everything Stevens says. It’s comic gold, for a brief moment.

Once the first bout between Jonathan Brookins and Kyle Watson gets underway it’s apparent that Kyle isn’t about to fold in the same fashion of previous Brookins victims; he’s there to fight. The first rounds sees Brookins absorb plenty of crisp punches. But it isn’t long before Brookins gets the fight to the mat, where he unleashes some nasty ground and pound. The majority of the round sides in Brookins favor, as he looks in control.

The second round offers more of the same, minus the precision punching of Watson, he looks to be wilting, albeit extremely slowly; he’s game for sure. But, once again Brookins takes the fight to the canvas, and while he never comes close to securing a submission victory, he does control position and dish out some impressive strikes from the top.

The third round looks like a carbon copy of the second, as Brookins is just one step ahead. Again, Brookins falls short of a submission victory, but he clearly inflicts enough punishment to walk away with a convincing unanimous decision.
