Following his crushing victory over Fedor Emelianenko at Strikeforce last night in the opening round of the heavyweight World grand prix, Antonio Silva talked about the win with Ariel Helwani:

“He got me in the first round (with strikes). After that, I was certain he wasn’t going to knock me out.”

“When I pushed him up against the cage he was breathing hard. I knew I’d win if I could take him down.”
