Former UFC Welterweight Champion Matt Hughes will once again step into the Octagon, this time to face The Ultimate Fighter Season 1 winner Diego Sanchez.

Sanchez announced via his Twitter account that the two would meet at UFC 135 which takes place at Pepsi Center in Denver, Colo., on Sept. 24, 2011.

The fight is expected to be the co-main event of the evening as this card is also expected to feature Jon Jones defending the UFC Light Heavyweight against Quinton "Rampage" Jackson.
