Strikeforce: "Overeem vs. Werdum” Medical Suspensions

MMANEWS.COM Staff Writer Well, you can’t accuse the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation of neglecting safety: every fighter to compete on the Strikeforce: Overeem vs. Werdum (which took place at the American Airlines Center, in Dallas) card have received some form of medical suspension. While the typical suspension doesn’t extend beyond June 28th, a select few competitors have received lengthier suspensions, with Conor Huen being sidelined until August 28th, and Justin Wilcox shelved until August 3rd.
