"INSIDE MMA" PAYS TRIBUTE TO SHAWN TOMPKINS – TOMORROW NIGHT ON HDNET

Tomorrow night, Bas Rutten honors his good friend, one of MMA’s most elite trainers, Shawn Tompkins. Rutten, who mentored Tompkins, and coached alongside him in the IFL, shares his insights into this man who touched so many in Mixed Martial Arts.

Tompkins, who trained Vitor Belfort and Wanderlei Silva to name a few, died suddenly of a heart attack on Sunday, August 14th. He was only 37 years old.
