According to a report from Sportsnet, Tito Ortiz and Antonio Rogerio Nogueira have verbally agreed to face each other at UFC 140 which takes place at Air Canada Center in Toronto.

The two were booked once before to fight, in March at UFC Fight Night 24, but a training injury forced Ortiz out of the fight. Nogueira would fight Phil Davis and lose a unanimous decision.

Ortiz had been rumored to be paired with former Middleweight Champion turned Light Heavyweight contender Rich Franklin but Franklin will instead be having surgery to repair a labral tear in his shoulder.

UFC 140 is scheduled to take place on December 10th.

Tito needs to rest
I know he's desperate to get back into the spot light but he's not letting his body recover and not getting the proper training in. I like him as a character in the UFC and I'm worried about him. He's one of the greatest shit talkers and has had some amazing fights... just not recently.
