Nick Diaz To Fight On New Year's Even At Sengoku Or Dream

Cesar Gracie, who is Nick Diaz manager and trainer told earlier today that Diaz will be fighting on New Year's Eve in Japan on either the Sengoku or DREAM card that is scheduled to take place.

“We’re not doing anything wrong if he fights in Japan, and ss far as him fighting in the U.S., then the 30 day thing (applies). We’ll be on one of those two cards,” Gracie said.

The “30 day thing” as Gracie calls it basically means that although Diaz has a contract with the now out of buisness EliteXC, fighting outside of the US does not apply.
