From MMAJunkie.com:

The California State Athletic Commission has suspended World Extreme Cagefighting featherweight Alexandre Nogueira one year and has fined him $2,500 for failing a drug test at a June 1 WEC show.

Nogueira tested positive for Boldenone, according to an email CSAC Assistant Executive Officer Bill Douglas today sent to MMAjunkie.com.

Boldenone is an anabolic steroid developed for veterinary use, though a growing number of MMA fighters and other athletes have tested positive for the drug.
