Pro Elite Inc. has announced the main event of their first show, scheduled for February 10th at the Desoto Civic Center in Southaven, Mississippi. It will be MMA legends squaring off as Frank Shamrock returns to challenge another Gracie, this time - Renzo Gracie! One of the announcers for the event was confirmed to be former pro wrestler and pro football player Bill Goldberg.

The company is holding a press conference right now, which you can access at EliteXC.com. At the time of this writing, the press conference is being evacuated due to the fire alarm going off.
