Overeem Not Fighting Aleks Emelianenko, Says Fedor Ducking Big Foot


Alistair Overeem is pulling no punches in his the on going fight saga between himself, Antonio Silva, and Fedor Emelianenko.

Overeem, who had been rumored to be taking on Aleks Emelianenko in the fall went on record today saying that the fight is in fact NOT happening. “For the record: I will fight in the K-1 and not against Alexander E. I read something on the web and I'm not fighting him.” Overeem posted on his Facebook page.

After a message was posted on the official Fedor Twitter account that he wanted a fight with Overeem despite rumors that he would be facing Antonio Silva, Overeem responded with the following messages, one directly to Silva “@ Bigfoot Silva; Everybody is talking about me and Fedor, it
