Paul Daley Says He's Not A Company Guy, Likes Doing Own Thing

Paul Daley may come off too as the type too be rude and out of line sometimes, especially to UFC President Dana White, who has said that Daley will never fight in the UFC again following a post fight cheap shot against Josh Koscheck at UFC 113. Ironically enough Daley will face Nick Diaz Saturday for the Strikeforce Welterweight title, the same Strikeforce title that is now owned by Zuffa, the UFC's parent company.

Daley spoke to ESPN this week about the his outlook on things and his approach to life, and views on working for “The Man”:

“I'm not a kiss-ass, I'm not really a company guy, I like to do my own thing and do things when I want to do them. Some people like that, some people don't. My management tell me to do something but I'll just do what I want to do. I'm not stubborn, it's not that I've got no discipline, I just want to be me. I've only ever been me, I just say it how it is and deal with the consequences afterwards.”
