IFL, WMA to work together on television ventures, venue selection and
other projects

NEW YORK, October 23, 2006 — The International Fight League (IFL)
today announced that it has signed with the William Morris Agency. The
partnership will begin with a focus on securing new, expansive television
and venue opportunities for the IFL and its athletes. The first full
IFL season will begin in the first quarter of 2007.
