Robbie Lawler vs. Tyron Woodley Confirmed As UFC 201 Main Event


On Tuesday, the main event for the UFC 201 pay-per-view was announced.

Headlining the UFC 201 pay-per-view show in July will be UFC Welterweight Champion Robbie Lawler (26-10), as he puts his 170-pound title on the line against number three ranked UFC Welterweight contender Tyron Woodley (15-3).

The Lawler-Woodley title bout had long been rumored, but was officially announced this week.

UFC 201 is scheduled for July 30, 2016 at Philips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia.
