Ryan Bader and Lyoto Machida are expected to face off on August 4th after UFC officials announced this week that the two have verbally agreed to the fight.

The fight will likely be part of the main card of UFC on Fox 4 that will also feature a middleweight fight between Brian Stann and Hector Lombard.

Bader is coming off a big win over Quinton Jackson while Machida lost in his last fight to current champ Jon Jones at UFC 140.

The event takes place the Staples Center in Los Angeles, CA and will air on Fuel TV and FOX.
