Former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Tito Ortiz has already decided to retire from competition following his UFC 148 bout against Forrest Griffin and discussed what goes into preparing for a fight and his reasoning behind moving on from MMA while talking to Yahoo Sports this week:

“I don't want to do that. I don't want to overstay my welcome. I want to leave on my own terms.
