After Jason Day had to withdraw from his scheduled UFC 88 bout with Jason Lambert due to an injury, another Jason, Jason MacDonald will be stepping in to replace his fellow Albertan. Sherdog.com has the scoop

Possibly a nod to his well-received three-round tilt with Demian Maia at UFC 87 on Aug. 9, Jason MacDonald will be back in action sooner rather than later. The Red Deer, Alberta resident will replace an injured Jason Day against Jason Lambert at UFC 88 “Breakthrough” on Sept. 6 at the Philips Arena in Atlanta.
