UFC Welterweight Champion Georges St. Pierre's manager, Shari Spencer recently confirmed to Sherdog.com that the much anticipated rematch between St. Pierre and UFC Lightweight Champion BJ Penn is in the works:

“That’s my understanding,” said Spencer. “I know [UFC President] Dana [White] has been announcing it publicly. We haven’t officially signed a bout agreement, but everything is pointing toward January 31 in Vegas against B.J. Penn.”

Unless something drastic happens, the fight is most likely a lock for January 31st during the UFC's Superbowl Weekend show from Las Vegas.
