There are rumors floating around that Tito Ortiz will be fighting Dan Henderson, as opposed to Rashad Evans, in his next UFC bout.

MMANews.com's own Chris Howie spoke with Tito Ortiz directly earlier today to follow-up on the rumor, and the former UFC Light Heavyweight champion was quick to deny the story altogether.

Ortiz has not been told anything about a fight with Dan Henderson and said at this point there is no official word on who is next opponent will be in the octagon.

Of course Dana White said immediately following Ortiz-Evans 1 that before either guy fought anyone else, they would rematch each other.

We'll see.
