The ever popular "UFC Countdown" and "All Access" pre-fight specials will premiere on Spike TV this coming Monday night.
UFC 73 Countdown will look at the Sean Sherk vs. Hermes Franca Lightweight title fight, along with the other semi-main events. That show will air for the first time on Monday at 10:30PM ET. The show will re-air on Thursday at 11:00PM ET and Saturday at 6:00PM.
UFC All Access will take a look at the training and preparation of Lightweight champion Sean Sherk, as he gears up for his title defense against top contender Hermes Franca. "UFC All Access: Sean Sherk" will premiere on Spike TV on Monday at 11:30PM ET. The show will re-air on Thursday at midnight and Friday at 1:30AM ET. The show is hosted by UFC octagon-card girl Rachelle Leah and is already being hyped by president Dana White as the most impressive training footage since Rich Franklin's "All Access" last year.
