Urijah Faber Moves To Bantemweight, Facing Takeya Mizugaki At WEC 50

It looks like the rumors have been true. Urijah Faber will be making his move down a weight class to the always competitive 135lb. bantemweight division.

Following a title loss to Mike Brown as well as a follow up loss in their rematch, Faber began talking about the drop but after a loss in a title bout against new Champ Jose Aldo, it appears the decision was made easier for Faber.

MMAWeekly.com first reported the move for Faber which is expected to happen at August 18th at WEC 50. Faber is scheduled to face Takeya Mizugaki in his first test at 135lbs.
