Like I said, we're on MMA overload right now. Here is the newest webisode of “Road to 79: Wanderlei Silva.” Silva and his trainer gave us an inside look at his training regimen at Xyience for UFC 79, which as you know is less than two weeks away.

We actually split this one up into two parts, the second, more light-hearted, portion of this interview will go up next Friday.
