Gegard Parts Way With Management At M1 Global

It appears Gegard Mousasi has parted ways with his management team at M-1 Global, the same team that handles Fedor Emelianenko. Mousasi talked to Sherdog.com about his leaving the company:

"After careful consideration, I have decided that it is in my best interest to part ways with M-1 Global. During the time I spent under their wing, M-1 Global, as a promoter and management company, allowed me to achieve many great things. I appreciate all they have done for me. My management is [now] being taken care of by someone close to me."

Mosausi, who has been on a tear, winning 15 straight including titles in the Dream organization and most recently for Strikeforce in their 205lb division, is one of the top prospects out there at 185lb or 205lb and someone that could be a difference maker in the UFC but with M-1 Global by his side it is unlikely he would have competed in the UFC with the way they do buisness. Looks like things have changed.
