A lightweight contest has been added to UFC 119. Jeremy Stephens and Melvin Guillard will lock up to decide who moves up the 155lb ladder.
Guillard called for a match with Stephens after his UFC 114 and it looks like the former TUF contestant is going to get what he asked for.
Stephens commented on the bout via BJPenn.com:
“I just signed the papers today (for the Guillard fight). I think it's a good fight. I think it's an exciting fight for the fans. I think it's going to be a good one, but I think that I'm just going to be too strong for Melvin… It's going to be in a great location, here in the Midwest so it's going to be a big family event for me and its going to be a real exciting show and I can't wait to go out there just prove the world wrong once again.”
