Jeffrey David Kirby Convicted In TapouT's “Mask” Trial

According to a press release issued by the Orange County District Attorney, Jeffrey David Kirby has been found guilty on one count of gross vehicular manslaughter by unlawful act with gross negligence while intoxicated. The conviction stems from the 2009 car accident that left Tapout Clothing founder Charles “Mask” Lewis dead.

Kirby also received a sentence enhancement for the harm caused to his passenger, Lacy Lynn White, who suffered a broken hip and several broken vertebrae. Fortunately, she survived the accident after being ejected from Kirby
