Jason “Mayhem” Miller Returns To The UFC

MMANEWS.COM Staff Writer

Jason “Mayhem” Miller (24-7-0-1) has officially exited the Strikeforce roster, and is once again headed for greener pastures. The brash host of “Bully Beatdown” will return to the octagon on July 2nd at UFC 132, where standout wrestler Aaron Simpson will welcome him back in an intriguing middleweight duel.

Miller will re-enter the UFC fold riding a two fight win streak. In his last professional outing, Miller submitted Japanese legend Kazushi Sakuraba via arm-triangle choke in just over two minutes.

Simpson, in contrast has earned just a single victory in his last three outings. “A-Train” is riding the momentum of a unanimous decision victory over Mario Miranda, but had come up short in his previous two bouts against Mark Munoz and Chris Leben.

UFC 132 is headlined by a bantamweight title fight, as champion Dominick Cruz will toe the line with arch rival (and the only man to defeat him) Urijah Faber. Wanderlei Silva, Chris Leben, Carlos Condit and Tito Ortiz are all scheduled to fight on the card as well.

UFC 132 takes place July 2, at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
