UFC 179 Results — Aldo Retains Title With Decision, Davis Beats Teixeira will again set the standards for live results coverage of a UFC pay-per-view event as we present free, round-by-round detailed results of tonight’s UFC 179 event from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

We will begin with the UFC Fight Pass preliminary bouts at approximately 7pm EST., move right into the FOX Sports 1 preliminary bouts at around 8pm EST. and take you straight through the pay-per-view portion of the card, which is scheduled to begin at 10pm EST.

Below is the lineup for tonight’s show, which features an anticipated rematch between Jose Aldo and Chad Mendes for the UFC Featherweight Championship.
