Josh Koscheck isn’t retired after all, as he announced his new fighting home on Friday evening.
During the Bellator 139: Kongo vs. Volkov event on Friday night at the Kansas Star Arena, which aired live on Spike TV, the MMA fighting return of Ultimate Fighter 1 veteran Josh Koscheck was announced.
Koscheck (17-10) last fought in March, losing to Erick Silva in what was his fifth loss in a row, and fourth loss in a row by knockout or submission. After the fight, UFC President Dana White made it clear that he felt Koscheck should hang up the gloves, however “Kos” apparently doesn’t agree.
Josh Koscheck’s Bellator MMA debut date and opponent should be available in the near future, although a rematch with Paul Daley, who was banned from the UFC for hitting Koscheck in the Octagon after their fight was over, seems likely.
