Glory 25 To Air Live On ESPN3 With ESPN 2 Replay

Glory made a surprising announcement today in the form of a one-show deal with ESPN for tomorrow’s (Friday November 6) Glory 25 card:

ESPN3 is ESPN’s online service, which requires authentication of your status as a subscriber to cable or satellite service that includes ESPN. ESPN2 is, of course, the secondary channel in ESPN’s family. Glory had promised that the card would air on American television, but it seemed likely that the card would air on CBS Sports Network, which they’ve aired shows on for a few years. While there’s been no official word yet, the “Superfight Series” prelims are no longer listed as airing on tape delay on CBSSN tomorrow night.

Michael Stets also reported some further information on Twitter:

That doesn’t seem like a good sign, and it’s probably indicative of this being a stopgap solution. Meanwhile, CBS Sports Network, who was set to air the “Superfight Series” prelims (which include a featherweight title fight this time around) around the same time as the ESPN2 main card broadcast, has pushed that back to Sunday night at midnight E.T. They will also have a replay on Monday night at 7:00 p.m. ET.
