Salahdine Parnasse has arrived in the UFC in style, putting on a show as he earned a quick TKO of Dan Hooker in the main event of UFC Paris.
After some feeling out, the two traded leg kicks before things picked up with a Parnasse left hand. The two exchanged for a bit before Parnasse landed a kick to the liver and hurt Hooker.
Parnasse followed up with a head kick and a three-punch combination as Hooker folded to the mat, finishing the fight with a statement-making first-round TKO.
Parnasse, who is now 24-2 in professional MMA, won featherweight and lightweight gold in KSW, and even attempted to win the KSW welterweight title on one occasion. Parnasse made his U.S. debut in May at the MVP MMA card, earning a first-round finish of Kenneth Cross.
