MVP Signs Alycia Baumgardner Ahead Of Historic Women’s Boxing Event

Baumgardner joins MVP ahead of historic all-women’s event at Madison Square Garden

Most Valuable Promotions (MVP) has added another star to its growing roster, announcing the signing of undisputed super featherweight champion Alycia “The Bomb” Baumgardner (15-1, 7 KOs). The move further strengthens MVP’s commitment to elevating women’s boxing as it prepares for its landmark all-women’s fight card at Madison Square Garden on July 11.

Baumgardner, known for her power, precision, and resilience, has been a dominant force in the division. She made headlines in 2021 by knocking out Terri Harper to claim her first world titles and completed her journey to undisputed status in February 2023 by defeating Elhem Mekhaled for the WBA belt.

“I’ve always believed in betting on myself, and signing with MVP is the next big move in that journey,” said Baumgardner. “MVP has proven they’re leaders in women’s boxing, creating the biggest opportunities for fighters like me to shine.”

MVP, co-founded by Jake Paul and Nakisa Bidarian, continues to invest heavily in women’s boxing. The promotion recently signed boxing legend Amanda Serrano to a lifetime contract, cementing its status as a major force in the sport. Paul and Bidarian praised Baumgardner’s addition, emphasizing her impact both inside and outside the ring.

With Baumgardner on board, MVP’s roster now includes top-tier talents such as Serrano, Shadasia Green, and rising star H2O Sylve. While details on Baumgardner’s MVP debut are still being finalized, her signing signals a major step forward for women’s boxing.
