Mystic Paul? Jake Paul Makes Bold Prediction For Woodley Fight

Ahead of their heated boxing match, former YouTube star-turned-boxer Jake Paul believes he will drop the former UFC champion Tyron Woodley within two rounds.

The fight between Woodley will mark Jake Paul’s fourth boxing fight. The event is expected to take place on August 28 and the card will air on the Showtime network pay-per-view. The brash Paul brothers have made a big splash in the MMA world but especially Jake Paul.

Following his first-round knockout against Ben Askren at the Triller Fight Club event in April, Jake Paul has been on the brain of just about any MMA fighter looking for a fight outside of their promotion. In fact, even the retired UFC commentator and former double champion Daniel Cormier expressed interest in facing the 24-year old star.

With Paul’s sights now set on a new target in the former UFC welterweight champion, the Youtube star plans to improve to a perfect 4-0 record with an emphatic win over Woodley. Jake Paul stated on his Instagram on Tuesday that he will knock Woodley down within two rounds of the fight starting.

“It’s official✍?I have a list of people I plan on knocking out and as I enter my fourth pro fight, I am excited to cross the first one off the list by challenging myself against @twooodley a 5 time UFC Champion known for his knockout power. Tyron ran his mouth a little too much in the locker room when I knocked out his best friend Ben and earned himself a top spot on the Problem Child death list. Tyron’s a seasoned striker who has fought the best MMA fighters in the world but will be dropped by a Disney teen star in 2 rounds. Maybe this time Dana White will actually be a man of his word and put his money on his former champion instead of trying to undermine my success like a jealous ex. Influencer vs MMA….let’s get it on. It’s Showtime. @showtimeboxing @mostvaluablepromotions” Jake Paul posted on Instagram.

Since Woodley and Askren used to train together, this is not only a huge financial opportunity for “The Chosen One” but also a chance to avenge his close friend’s defeat to Paul earlier this year. Paul’s record consists of a knockout win against a former basketball player Nate Robinson, which occurred on the undercard to the Triller exhibition bout between Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr. In the end, it will be a spectacle, but another chance for a representative from MMA to try to eliminate a Paul brother from the big show.

Do you think Tyron Woodley will win against Jake Paul at the Showtime pay-per-view boxing event?
