VIDEO: Boxing Entertainer Ben Whittaker Leaves In Wheelchair After Royal Rumble-Style Incident On Beterbiev vs. Bivol Undercard

There is concern over the condition of Ben Whittaker after his boxing match with Liam Cameron came to an end in a bizarre manner on Saturday night.

During the fifth round of their fight — which took place on the undercard for Artur Beterbiev vs. Dmitry Bivol in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia — Whittaker and Cameron both managed to flip over the top rope and seemed to land hard.

Whittaker appeared to suffer some sort of injury, potentially to one of his legs. The 2020 Olympic silver medalist was escorted from the ring in a wheelchair.

The bout was ultimately ruled a technical split draw by the judges.

Whittaker won the then-vacant IBF international light heavyweight title earlier this year with a win over Eworitse Ezra Arenyeka.
