The UFC website has confirmed that our report yesterday on the semifinal matches for Ultimate Fighter 5 are incorrect.
It will be Nate Diaz vs. Gray Maynard and Joe Lauzon vs. Manny Gamburyan as the semi's, with the winners facing off in the live finale on June 23.
Apparently there is a spoiler out there on the UFC website itself (that has since been removed) that actually revealed who wins the bouts. We won't bother mentioning what that said as even I don't want to be fully spoiled. Knowing the matches is good enough for me, doesn't ruin anything (when there's only four people left and both shows air back-to-back).
Thanks to a number of readers who wrote in to point out the error and the updated information.
