UFC.com recently updated the fight card for UFC 82 “Pride of a Champion” which emanates from the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio on March 1st.
Interestingly enough, from the get-go, former UFC Heavyweight champion Andrei Arlovski was stuck on the non-televised preliminary fight card for the show. Arlovski's last fight in the UFC was at UFC 70 in England, which resulted in a unanimous decision victory over Fabricio Werdum, who reportedly is being considered for the next UFC Heavyweight title shot. Figure that one out.
To make matters worse (or better depending on your preferance), the Diego Sanchez vs. David Bielkheden fight, which originally came out as a main-PPV card bout, has been moved to the non-televised preliminary portion of the card as well, to make room for Chris Leben vs. Alessio Sakara on the main card.
