YAMASAKI ASSIGNED TO REF UFC 66 LIDDELL-ORTIZ CHAMPIONSHIP BOUT
Referee Mario Yamasaki has been assigned by the Nevada State Athletic Commission to officiate the light heavyweight championship bout between champion Chuck Liddell and challenger Tito Ortiz at Dec. 30's UFC 66 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Nevada-based Adelaide Bird and Tony Weeks and California's Jeff Collins have been assigned as the title match's judges.
